After two and a half years of Covid, closed borders and quiet isolation, we have overjoyed to be open again to all our international traveller friends, the first of which started arriving in mid-October, from all over Europe and North America. It took us a few days to get used to the routine again - reminding ourselves what information to provide on arrival, to remember to ask for the keys on departure, and how to prepare our famous breakfasts. And our guests seem similarly happy to be here - many have started their planning three or more years ago, but have had to postpone and delay their trip until borders finally reopened. One couple arriving last week had planned this trip to be their Honeymoon - but have now been married for three years already!
