After two and a half years of Covid, closed borders and quiet isolation, we have overjoyed to be open again to all our international traveller friends, the first of which started arriving in mid-October, from all over Europe and North America. It took us a few days to get used to the routine again - reminding ourselves what information to provide on arrival, to remember to ask for the keys on departure, and how to prepare our famous breakfasts. The summer season gets into full swing in December for us, and then runs through until late April. And our guests seem similarly happy to be here - many have started their planning three or more years ago, but have had to postpone and delay their trip until borders finally reopened. One couple arriving last week had planned this trip to be their Honeymoon - but have now been married for three years already!
What our other guests had to say
It was a wonderful 2 night stay. Great view, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Chris and Jane are wonderful hosts. We would recommend this spot to anybody. It is a great gateway to the tourist spots in Coromandel. We visited great beaches, a little winery and much more.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, really nice room with a small balcony. Breakfast from the upstairs balcony overlooking the bay was fantastic, we sat inside the second morning but still a great view and to top it off the breakfast was superb. Simply the best B&B we have ever...

Chris gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and hikes. Jane’s homemade muesli with fruit and cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious. We appreciated their warm welcome. The location is perfect to explore the area.
