The whole house has been maintained to very high standards. All three guest rooms are on the ground floor, all with private bathrooms. Two rooms have their own terrace/deck with harbour and mountain views. The third opens onto the garden area. The guest lounge is also on the ground floor, with sofas, TV, fridge, tea, coffee and sandwich maker and a book-swap corner. This opens onto the tropical setting of the garden with its swimming pool, chairs and sun-loungers and a covered area. There is a guest bbq – and a table for sitting outside to take meals and a drink.
Our famous breakfast is served on the first floor, with the panoramic view of the Harbour and the Mount, in the morning sunshine. Breakfast is a Harbour View Highlight, with home-made muesli and sour-dough bread, local seasonal fruit, some from our own garden, jams, marmalades and chutneys, and a choice of 'Kiwi Continental' cold platter, or 'Kiwi Cooked' dishes to suit all tastes.
Wi-Fi is included in your booking, and there are several off-road parking spaces.
